Pink~~Got things going...each co-leader here:
~Lightwing, Tidus, Ynnekyam,
~GALANOLF, weakjutsu, KagedAngel....
~I need you to put in your time zones...
~any members that are in that time zone, pm that co-leader(s)
~This will allow for efficiency,
~and the grouping of mini-squads,
~of which will have their own name
~that the team members choose that name...
~Here's a chance to show your creativity...
~Each mini-group member will be lead, and assisted,
~as well as assisting, each co-leader,
~which will be the squad leader...
~From here....each co-leader will have a
~role to play as a leader.
~If difficulties arise, shall go to the other clan co-leaders
~(and I, if felt is needed...preferably would like to)
~for assistance with resolving the problem..

~Co-leaders will be monitoring from now on, not your actions,
~but the times you are on,
~and the length of time you are on,
~In order to find the best, most efficient
~grouping of squad teams and their members..
